EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
As a made-to-order brand, every HAFIZUN piece is crafted especially for you. This considered approach allows us to minimise waste while ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
As each garment is made specifically to your order, we are unable to offer refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
We kindly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing or your purchase, our team will be delighted to assist you before you complete your order.
By placing an order with HAFIZUN, you confirm that you have read and accepted the policies outlined below.
Exchange Policy
If your garment is not the right size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, please email info@hafizun.com with your order number.
Subject to availability, you may exchange your item for:
- A different size of the same style.
- An alternative style of the same value.
- Store credit valid for 6 months.
All exchanges must be approved by our Customer Care team before any items are returned. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as HAFIZUN cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed during transit.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, smoke, stains, pet hair or any other signs of wear.
- Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.
Once your exchange has been approved, we will provide the return instructions by email.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every HAFIZUN piece undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the fault.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
We are unable to accept exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale or clearance items.
- Products purchased during promotional or sample sales unless faulty.
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
- Products returned with signs of wear, including perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke or staining.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds are only available where:
- An item is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be replaced.
- We are unable to fulfil your order.
- You are otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable unless the refund relates to an error made by HAFIZUN.
Order Cancellations & Amendments
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 30 minutes of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in production or prepared for dispatch, meaning cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
For pre-orders or made-to-order pieces, amendment requests will be considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.
