This website is operated by HAFIZUN ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision, and with the consent, of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

3. Products & Made to Order Model

All HAFIZUN products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, and production times vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on the relevant product page and are indicative only.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where there are payment issues, production constraints, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil an order for any other reasonable commercial reason.

Where an order is cancelled by us, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and may be shown in multiple currencies for your convenience.

You may select your preferred currency at checkout, and the final charged amount will be displayed in that currency prior to payment.

Currency conversion rates applied to your transaction are determined by your payment provider or card issuer, and we are not responsible for any additional charges, conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or exchange rate variations applied by your bank or payment provider.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our items worldwide.

As our products are made to order, delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary. Delays may occur due to production scheduling or logistics, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, or supply chain disruptions.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied on delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labour disputes, internet outages, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made to order nature of our products, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right that applies to off the shelf goods under UK consumer law.

Accordingly, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or for incorrect sizing selected by the customer at the time of order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where an item is faulty or where the wrong item has been delivered, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer protection law. To help us resolve the matter quickly, we ask that you contact us at info@hafizun.com within seven 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the fault or error. However, this request does not limit or override your underlying statutory rights.

8. Product Information

We aim to display all product information, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

However, minor variations in colour, fabric, texture, or finish may occur, particularly with made to order or small-batch production, and such variations do not constitute a defect.

Colours displayed on your device may vary from the actual colour of the product depending on your screen settings and device configuration.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before placing an order. Minor variations in measurements may occur due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including without limitation product designs, images, branding, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of HAFIZUN and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, HAFIZUN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, for delays outside of our reasonable control, or for minor variations in product appearance or finish as described in Section 8.

Subject to the foregoing, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which forms part of these Terms.

12. International Orders & Sanctions

We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil orders from jurisdictions that are subject to applicable trade sanctions, export restrictions, or where delivery is not reasonably possible or legally permitted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
